Cilantro is a unique aromatic and medicinal herb liqueur in the world, made following an old recipe introduced in 1877 by D. Manuel Ozores from Goiânia and transmitted, since then, through generations. Recognized as originating from the town of Goián, in Baixo Miño (Pontevedra), it has become a highly appreciated digestif in our gastronomy due to the differentiated characteristics in terms of aroma, color and taste that the maceration of coriander seeds and other herbs in Aguardiente de Orujo.
The PAZO DE VALDOMIÑO distillery was in charge of continuing and respecting the family tradition, adapting to the new times and making this unique and sublime liquor with equal care and care.
Liquor made by macerating aromatic and medicinal herbs (coriander, cinnamon, anise and others) in Marc Aguardiente. Rest of three months prior to bottling.
Crystalline, toasted in color with balsamic and sweet aromas, appearance of a touch of citrus, very digestive.
Keep in the fridge. The freezer is not recommended so as not to spoil your original palate.
