    • These grapes originate from our 40-year-old dry, glass shaped vineyards. Located at an altitude of 900 meters, they grow in brownish limestone soils with some argillaceous grains which gives it an overall complexity. The grape is selected both in the vineyard and in the winery by the same expert hands who have looked aſter the vineyard since its sprouting. The grape varieties are vinified separately, adapting the fermentation conditions to their specific oenological characteristics. The malolactic fermentation has been in American and French oak barrels for the time necessary to achieve the perfect sensorial balance of the wine. It has spent 12 months in new French and American oak barrels.

      Tasting notes

Intense well-coated garnet colour. Tear bright and dense. High aromatic density where the aromas of black and red fruits are perfectly integrated. Marked mineral profile, with notes from the barrel such as vanilla, spices and tobacco which give character to this wine. In the mouth it has a greasy and intense attack with a sweet aſtertaste, showing great finesse and elegance. The well-balanced acidity gives freshness to the unctuous polished sensation in the mouth. Long mineral finish, evoking noble wood.

Stews made of vegetables and legumes, chicken soups and white meats such as turkey, lamb and pork. Perfect accompaniment to rice with rabbit, stewed meats, Iberian sausages and medium cured cheeses.
