Grape varieties: Classic Bordeaux blend, predominantly Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, often with a small proportion of Cabernet Franc. 

Appearance:

• Deep, intense ruby to garnet colour typical of a young Bordeaux red.

Nose:

• Pronounced ripe black fruits such as blackberry and black cherry

• Subtle oak influence with gentle cedar or vanilla spice

• Light herbal or earthy undertones adding complexity.

Palate:

• Medium- to medium-full-bodied with a core of plump dark fruit flavours

• Structured but approachable tannins provide shape and longevity

• Balanced acidity keeps the fruit fresh and bright

• Oak integration adds hints of toast, tobacco, and spice without overwhelming the fruit. 

Finish:

• Firm and lingering, with fruit and gentle spice notes lasting through the finish

• A wine that is enjoyable now with decanting but has enough backbone for short- to medium-term cellaring (several years).

A classic dry Bordeaux red with ripe fruit richness, well-balanced structure, and subtle oak character ideal with red meats, hearty stews, or aged cheeses.
