Shipping policy

We aim to dispatch all orders quickly and efficiently to ensure a smooth delivery experience for our customers.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-2 business day. Orders placed on weekends or on bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Method We offer standard next‑day delivery for all eligible addresses. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Rural Areas Deliveries to rural or hard‑to‑reach locations may require additional transit time. In these cases, delivery may take 2–3 working days depending on courier availability.

Shipping Fees A flat £12 shipping fee applies to all orders. Shipping is free for orders over £150.

Please note: Shipping costs for kegs are not included in this rate and will be calculated separately.

Order Tracking Tracking information is provided for every shipment so you can follow your parcel from dispatch to delivery.

Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or missed delivery, the courier may return the parcel to us. Re‑delivery charges may apply.

Damaged or Missing Items Please inspect your order upon arrival. If any items are damaged or missing, contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number so we can resolve the issue promptly.
