It is a zesty dry white wine with elegant fresh gooseberry flavors and attractive hints of herbs and minerality. This unoaked wine was blended using select parcels of pure Sauvignon Blanc and Sauvignon Gris fruit grown in selected vineyards in the Entre-Deux-Mers region of Bordeaux. It is best served lightly chilled.
